When you go straight into agency work, what happens is the thoughtfulness and the planning gets condensed and becomes an after-thought. Your agency wants to prove right away that they’re making you money and creating things. The entire process from start to finish usually takes about 2-3 weeks from our Roadmap Kickoff. Note - this is NOT a generic report - it's tailored specifically for YOUR business and customers, based on our years of expertise working with high-growth Shopify brands. So while we turn it around as fast as possible, we want it to be done right.

We try to make this as hands-off for you as possible. We'll start with an onboarding questionnaire and have you provide us access to your tech and key assets. But after the initial roadmap kickoff call, we'll do most of the heavy lifting and just come back to you with specific questions or requests for feedback along the way.

You'll be assigned a team of 2-3 experts from our Customer Engagement Practice, including a dedicated Account Manager and a Lead Strategist. The people working on your roadmap will have in-depth and current experience planning CRM strategies for brands like yours.

At 100 Celsius, the majority of our clients are Shopify brands using Klaviyo as their email marketing tool. However,  we also work with clients on other platforms like BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento, and custom-built platforms.

And while we have a lot of expertise with Klaviyo, we're largely platform agnostic when it comes to marketing automation tools and can likely work with any software you're using.

We're happy to work alongside your existing team or agency. We'll just need to make sure that everyone is on the same page and working together towards the same goals. We'll also need access to your current tech stack and analytics in order to do our job effectively.
